Burnt Sugar
Burnt Sugar was set up in 1999 after Justine Cather shamelessly stole her mother's fudge recipe. Justine started to make fudge and other confectionery and her reputation quickly grew as she began to supply many of the country's top delis, farm shops, and other gourmet stores.
