Artisanal balsamic dressing, aged in wood casks using the Solera method. Although this is a mature, aged balsamic vinegar, it is the youngest in the range. Suitable for a myriad of cooking applications, its pleasant acidity makes it ideal as a salad dressing, for salad dips, marinating, etc. Aged at least 12 years. No perservatives, additives or colorings.
